52 year old female 5 weeks status post revision of previous breast surgery as well as lipoabdominoplasty. Patient has a history of prior augmentation mammaplasty and liposuction at an different facility. She desired to keep her preoperative cup size of DD. High profile 650cc silicone/gel smooth round implants were utilized.
