59 year old female with significant nasal deformity secondary to prior trauma. Patient decided to undergo cosmetic rhinoplasty to improve appearance of nose. She underwent a reduction of the dorsum of the nose and tip refinement including projection, rotation and osteotomy to thin out the width.
